Travel to and from Ahmedabad

The Ahmedabad airport is known as Sardar Ballavbhai Patel International Airport. The domestic and international terminals are different, but side-by-side and within walking distance. It is well equipped and well connected to other national International airports.

Ahmedabad has direct international flights operated by Air-India (from Newark, USA and London), Emirates via Dubai, Qatar Airways via Doha, Etihad via Abu Dhabi and Singapore Airlines via Singapore.

But possibly the best way to reach Ahmedabad is via New Delhi or Mumbai, which has several connecting flights during the day with Ahmedabad.

The Gateway Hotel, where most of the participants may be staying, is within a kilometer of the airport. The hotel usually arranges pickup and drop at the airport.

Please apply for "Conference Visa".  Please send us email with the address and email of the

Embassy of India in your country where you are applying for the India Visa. School Secretariat

would then send a copy of the invitation letter to the Embassy of India also which may speedup

the Visa processing.
